Private Hire Terms and Conditions


I/we have read and understood the pool rules and will comply fully.

I/we understand the pool hire may be terminated on the day if I/we do not fully comply with the pool rules or if the pool is being used by more swimmers than has been paid for or for a purpose which has NOT been agreed prior. Alcohol is not permitted on site and if any persons within a group is seen to be under the consumption of alcohol further action may be taken.

I/we understand that I/we are responsible for the behaviour of all persons in connection with the booking whilst they are at the property.

I/we understand that I/we are responsible for ensuring all persons in connection with the booking are fully aware of the Pool Hire Agreement and Terms of Use and Pool Rules.

I/we confirm that as the Hirer of the pool, we will have exclusive use of the Pool. If you arrive late for your session you MUST still exit the pool at the end of your given time and cannot run over. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

I/we confirm that a swimmer within the group must be a competent swimmer and be in good health.

I/we understand and confirm that there is to be no lone swimming (there must always be two adults present at all times).

I/we confirm and accept that the fee paid for the use of the facility does not include an onsite lifeguard, first aider or any other form of supervision. I/we accept and confirm that the pool is used at our (the hirers) own risk. Please note that we have CCTV onsite for emergency purposes only. A first aid kit is located poolside and in reception in the event of an emergency.

I/we confirm and understand that the owners and Aquabelle Swim School Limited will not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident or loss or damage to the hirers and their property, however, caused, directly or indirectly in or out of the swimming pool.

I/we confirm and understand that there is always a no diving and no bombing policy. Running is not permitted in the building, you are in a wet environment and slipping may occur.

I/we understand that the Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Accident Procedures are available at the pool to view if required. A first aid kit is located poolside and in reception in the event of an emergency.

I/we confirm that the pool is one level at 1.2M, as shown with signs.

I/we confirm that I/we will leave the facility clean and tidy and how we found it, take all rubbish away, and only stay for the allotted time.

I/we confirm this is a recreational booking and is not for a party.

I/we understand that the Pool Operators and Owners may need to cancel and fully refund a booking at short notice.

I/we understand that if we cancel we must give a minimum of 48hrs notice for a refund or reschedule. If cancelled within 24hrs of your booking the full payment is not refundable.

I/we confirm we give consent for you to hold our personal information for the purposes of contacting us only in relation to this booking.

I/we confirm and understand cars are parked and left at our (the hirers) own risk.

I/we confirm and understand all damages and breakages must be reported.
